How the questionnaire works.
Complete the questionnaire
Five steps covering your project, your business and brand, the scope, and your content and technical needs. Brand is part of it: logo files, colours to use and avoid, typography and imagery style. It takes about ten minutes, and the questions adapt to what you are building, so an e-commerce store and a custom web application do not get asked the same things.
We review your brief
Our web team reads through your answers and looks at your current site if you have one. We check what is technically involved, what content exists already, and where the real effort sits in the build.
You receive a scope and quote
Within one business day you get a written scope covering what we would build, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If anything in your brief is ambiguous we will ask rather than pad the estimate to cover ourselves.
We talk it through
A short call to walk through the scope, adjust anything that missed the mark, and agree on where to start. No obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep whether or not you build with us.
02Deliverables
What you get back.
The questionnaire exists so we can quote on what you actually need rather than a guess. Here is what comes back to you, in plain English, with enough detail that you could take it to another developer if you wanted to.
Written scope
A plain-English breakdown of what gets built, page by page and feature by feature, so nothing is assumed on either side.
Itemised quote
Costs broken out by stage rather than one lump sum, so you can see what drives the price and adjust scope if you need to.
Design direction
Initial thoughts on structure and visual direction based on your brand, your audience, and the reference sites you share with us.
Realistic timeline
A staged schedule showing what happens when, including the points where we need content or sign-off from your side.

About 10 minutes. It is five short steps and only your name, email and phone are mandatory. If you are unsure about a question, skip it. We would rather have your best guess than have you stall on it.
