Taking on new projects

Stop doing it by hand.

Complete our integration and automation questionnaire and get a technical approach, an effort estimate and an honest read on whether it is worth building, within one business day.

01Process

How the questionnaire works.

/01

Describe the process

Five steps covering what you want changed, which systems are involved, how the work is done today, and what a good outcome looks like. Rough answers are fine — we are after the shape of the problem, not a specification.

/02

We check what is possible

An engineer looks at the systems you have named and works out what can be connected directly, what needs a middle layer, and where the genuine constraints are. This is where we find out whether an API exists or whether we need another route.

/03

You get an approach and an estimate

Within one business day you receive a written approach, a rough effort estimate and an honest read on whether the automation is worth building. If the numbers do not justify it, we will say so.

/04

We scope it properly

If it stacks up, we run a short discovery session to pin down the exceptions and edge cases, then quote firmly. No obligation, and the written approach is yours to keep either way.

02Deliverables

What you get back.

Automation is only worth building when the maths works. The questionnaire gives us enough to tell you whether it does, before either of us commits to anything.

Integration approach

How the systems would actually connect: direct API, middleware, or a scheduled sync, and why that choice suits your setup.

Effort estimate

A realistic build estimate based on your volumes and exceptions, not a headline figure that changes once we start.

Payback assessment

What the process costs you now against what the automation costs to build, so you can see whether it is worth doing.

Risk and compliance notes

Where data would travel, what it touches, and any privacy or Essential Eight considerations the build has to respect.

03Brief

Step 1 of 5: Project20%

What you want to change

Pick as many as apply.

What you get

  • Integration approachHow the systems would actually connect.
  • Effort estimateBased on your volumes and exceptions.
  • Payback assessmentWhether it is worth building at all.

We will tell you if it is not worth it

Some processes are not worth automating. If the build costs more than the problem, we would rather say so than sell you the work.

04FAQ

Common questions

  • About ten minutes. It is five short steps, and only your name, email, phone and the type of work are mandatory. If you do not know an answer, skip it — a gap tells us something too.
